Yes, we can bring everything we need to service your home. However, if there are certain supplies of yours you would like us to use, please let us know (for example, organic products or certain fragrances).
We know life happens and things come up. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we will gladly work with you to reschedule.
Service appointment cancellations or change requests that occur with at least a 48 hour notice will incur no cancellation fee and will be rescheduled. (The best effort will be made to reschedule the service appointment for the same week but that may not always be feasible). Service appointment cancellations that occur less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of that service appointment.
If there is a week where you don’t need service due to a pre-scheduled event, like a vacation, you have two options:
You have the ability to exercise this option up to 3 times per calendar year. Our above cancellation policy regarding at least 48 hours notice still applies - Service appointment cancellations that occur less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of that service appointment.
We can do our most thorough and efficient cleaning when surfaces that need to be cleaned are clear of clutter. Please leave out any preferred cleaning supplies.
Of course! Please just make sure your furry family members are in a safe and secure spot while we service your home.
Every member of our team goes through a rigorous vetting process, including an extensive background check. After they are vetted for employment, each team members completes a thorough training program, ensuring every team member will uphold Bespoke Home Life's high standards for quality service.
Delivering consistent, high-quality home service is our top priority. We aim to send the same familiar team member to your home for each service visit. Should they be unavailable, we will arrange a qualified replacement. You will be notified in advance via a “Meet your Home Concierge” profile if a new professional is assigned to your service. All Bespoke Home Life associates are trained to maintain our extremely high standards.
Feel free to go about your day! You don’t need to be home for us to service your home. We will enter your home using your previously established preferred method and leave your home spotless upon your return. If you wish to be at home during the service visit, that is perfectly fine as well - it is up to you and your schedule.
Our current service area is Cass County, Missouri. However, if you live outside of Cass County in the Kansas City metro area, we would be honored to serve you. There will be a 50¢ per mile surcharge outside of Cass County limits.
